How does At -Your-Service work?

Email requests/comments to City staff using the
At-Your-Service link.

• Once the email is received, a reply is sent to the resident alerting them that the email has been received and routed to the appropriate department and staff.
• When the service is complete the resident will be emailed a short survey to complete regarding the recent service request.

• The feedback received from the surveys will allow us to evaluate and measure the level of customer satisfaction during service-related interactions.
