is a three member citizen advisory board that is appointed for three year terms by the City Council. Board members make decisions and advise City Council on water issues and infrastructure needed to provide water to residents. Residents interested in serving can download the Application form and mail it to City Hall.

In order to ensure that the public safety and essential needs of the citizens are not jeopardized while still allowing water use flexibility, the Water Board has year round restrictions on outdoor watering.
