Street Lights
This activity supports the maintenance of City street lighting at locations throughout the community. Depending upon where you live in Farmington, electric service is provided by Dakota Electric Association or Xcel Energy. Existing streets lights are maintained, depending upon ownership, Xcel Energy or Dakota Electric Cooperative. Area Energy Companies Minnesota Energy Resource provides natural gas; Dakota Electric and Xcel Energy provide electric energy depending on where you live.
