The River newsletter is sponsored by the City of Farmington, Parks and Recreation Department. This bi-monthly publication highlights trips and programs and is mailed to Rambling River Center members.

- Metro Dining Club Cards
are available at the Center. The cost per set is $22. The 2 for 1 dining cards are good not just one time but 1 time each month! Each set contains 166 cards for area restaurants. They make great gifts so pick up your set today!
Center Activities:
Wood Carving
New and experienced carvers are welcome. Facilitated by David Rausch, a wood carving artist. Carvers meet in the Craft Room on Tuesdays at 1:00pm.
Happy Helpers Foot Care
will be at the center the second Wednesday of each month to cut nails. If you are diabetic or have difficulty with nails, call 763-560-5136 to schedule an appointment.
Blood Pressure Check
River Valley Home Health will be available at the center on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 11:45 am for a free blood pressure check. No appointments necessary.
