Rambling River Center Room Rental

The center offers a variety of meeting rooms. Amenities include a kitchen, rest rooms and wheel chair accessibility.

The Center rooms can be reserved online at Online Facility Reservations. Reservations can also be made in person at the Center. Drop off a completed application below with fee payment at 325 Oak Street.

Rental Application and Information

Banquet Room Rental Terms & Conditions

  • Reservations will only be issued in the name of the applicant on the rental application form who will be the responsible party for all communication between event and facility.
  • Reservations are not confirmed until a completed rental application and a $150 deposit are received.
  • Groups reserving space must have a current signed rental application. On-going application must be signed annually.
  • The City of Farmington reserves the right to terminate any rental applications due to groups causing damage to the facility, complaints logged from the surrounding neighborhoods and any other item deemed necessary.
  • The City of Farmington reserves the right to make room changes as needed to better accommodate groups using the facility.

Banquet Rm Mandatory Cleaning Fee
Min. rate $100 includes 2 hours for garbage removal floors, bathrooms and tear down. Renters must clear and wipe table/counters. Additional time will be billed at $32 per hour.
