Planning Commission

The Planning Commission is a five member citizen advisory commission that reviews and recommends a wide range of private development and planning activities occurring within the City. These activities include plat review, zoning, variances, land use, acting on conditional use requests and working with the City Council to ensure that development standards are implemented in accordance with the City Code.

Residents interested in serving can download the Application form and return them to City Hall. This Commission meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm. The meetings are televised live and rebroadcast on Cable Channel 16 and are via the website, see Live Audio and Video Streaming.
