Highway 3 Corridor Plan RFP

The city of Farmington is seeking proposals to craft a vision for the Highway 3 corridor that illustrates unique redevelopment opportunities. A copy of the RFP and study area map is attached.
Farmington is embarking on a planning effort that will result in a Highway 3 Corridor Plan.  Highway 3 is a state highway with existing land use incompatibilities including a mix of residential homes and businesses. Several smaller redevelopment efforts and projects involving new construction or redevelopment of existing buildings have occurred in recent years.
Because this study is partially funded with federal CDBG dollars, contracts will be subject to HUD provisions and standard assurances (available upon request).
Proposals are due by 4:30 p.m. Aug. 22nd.
