Dumpsters are available to rent for construction debris and household clean outs. Fifteen yard dumpsters are $143 plus the cost of disposal ($128/ton in 2021) plus tax. 

For household debris only, 300 gallon carts are available to rent for $35 plus $25 each time it is dumped (300 gallon carts are not for construction/remodeling debris) plus tax.

Dumpsters must be requested by property owners and fees will be added to the utility bill. Additional charges will apply for unacceptable materials and overloaded containers. If you need a size not offered by the city, contact DSI at 952-469-2239.

Residents also have the option to rent dumpsters for construction and remodeling debris from private haulers who have a permit to haul construction debris in Farmington.
